Lead logistics operations that support wildfire response in Northeast Ontario

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Aviation, Forest Fires and Emergency Services Branch is seeking an experienced leader to join its team as Logistics Supervisor. In this role, your leadership helps ensure frontline operations are equipped to respond during critical situations. You will lead a regional logistics team and oversee equipment, supplies, and warehouse operations to ensure resources are in place for both planned and active fire response. You guide staff, manage budgets, contracts, and plan logistics support during periods of increased activity.

The role also supports equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives, contributes to research and evaluation activities in collaboration with provincial, national, and international partners, and ensures adherence to health and safety standards.
