**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Logistics Supervisor** to join our team at the **Hanover MD** location.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and shipping/receiving clerks.
+ Oversee daily picking, packing, staging, and loading operations to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time Assisting and reporting on equipment for projects and refresh.
+ Coordinate with dispatchers and carriers for daily pickups and deliveries; verify documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, packing slips, commercial invoices).
+ Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies; conduct regular safety meetings and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
+ Monitor team performance against daily KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, shipping accuracy) and provide real-time coaching
