Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and detail-focused Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of logistics within an operational setting and experience managing both material and logistics simultaneously. The focus of this role is to ensure that bulk materials required by the site and customers are moved, delivered, and dispatched on time according to the operational needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver shipments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and customer requirements.
• Maintain constant and clear communication with carriers to ensure timely pick‑up and delivery of all shipments.
• Handle a high volume of deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with all HAZMAT regulatory requirements and SCT (Mexico) regulations.
