Position: Logistics Manager – Transport & Distribution

Department: Supply Chain / Logistics

Location: Harohalli, Bangalore

Reporting To: GM – Plant Operations

Experience Required: 15 – 20 Years

Industry Preference: FMCG / Food Processing / Consumer Goods / Distribution

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage the entire transportation, dispatch, distribution, and logistics operations for Domestic and Export business. The role is primarily responsible for transportation planning, freight optimization, vehicle management, channel-wise dispatch execution, logistics cost control, and ensuring timely deliveries across GT, MT, E-commerce, Exports, CSD, Institutions, and other business channels.

The position will play a critical role in managing 400+ trucks per month, controlling freight costs, improving vehicle utilization, reducing logistics losses, and ensuring high customer service levels.
