Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for order entry, inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and managing customer returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and dispatch customer orders in alignment with committed delivery timelines and estimated arrival dates.
- Coordinate with logistics carriers to obtain shipment quotes, monitor deliveries, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
