Traffic & Logistics Supervisor



We are seeking a Traffic & Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee daily traffic and logistics operations, ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily coordination, assignment, and follow-up of Traffic team activities.
Monitor logistics processes including claims management, freight quotations, documentation, customs, SURI transactions, billing, and reporting.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments and maintain communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Provide operational support and act as department lead in the absence of the Traffic Manager.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI compliance, training, and SOP updates.
