Logistic Coordinator

This role is key in ensuring the shipments are prepared efficiently and delivered to our customers in the most economical means possible. In this role you will take full ownership of dispatching shipments and ensure all parties are fully informed, enter accurate data to prepare consignments for shipment and prepare and distribute shipping documents. A part of this role will also involve in managing front desk and JAFZA related documentation.

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring proper documentation and smooth shipping process. This involves coordination with Factories, Inside Sales Team and Customers
• Take ownership of dispatching shipments and ensure all parties involved are well informed on the shipment status
