Locum / Locum to Perm Staff Nurse (Psychiatric & Mental Health Trained) #HLV

We are looking for a locum or locum‑to‑perm staff nurse specializing in psychiatric and mental health nursing.

• 3 shifts
• Open to conversion to permanent staff

• Deliver patient‑centered and compassionate nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions.
• Plan and provide nursing care according to patient’s needs, doctor’s orders and hospital policies.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
• Keep care team informed on patient’s condition, treatment and intervention.

• Prior experience in mental health nursing.
• Registered with SNB.
• Advanced Diploma in Mental Health / Psychiatric is an advantage.
