Responsibilities
+ Repairs and opens locks, makes keys, and changes lock combinations, using hand tools and special equipment. Uses a Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to correctly capture data related to maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance inspections, and emergency/urgent customer requests. Uses a Tablet to track work orders, request material, add labor and material used against a work order.
