Local & State Economic Development Leader

Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Economic Development to lead state and local economic incentive negotiations, CBAs, and advocacy. You will build and maintain relationships with officials, navigate permitting, and shape Crusoe’s community engagement strategy.

This full‑time, on‑site role at our Cherry Creek headquarters requires 3–5 years in public affairs, strong policy analysis, and a proactive, bipartisan approach to problem solving. Travel up to 25% will be expected.
