Experience Required
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience for Junior level or 4.5 years’ experience for Intermediate level.
- Previous experience in a similar settlements, mortgage, lending, or financial services role.
- Strong customer service background.
- Understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgement processes.
- Experience working with strict SLAs and settlement deadlines.
- Knowledge of the PEXA platform is desirable.
