Position Summary
The LNG - Mining Referrals Officer will support the Yinka Huwunline Department by reviewing and responding to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and mining-related referrals impacting Nak’azdli Whut’en. This role ensures Nak’azdli Whut’en’s stewardship principles, governance, and rights are integrated into decision-making processes. The officer will collaborate with Keyoh holders, leadership, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders to provide assessments and recommendations on resource development applications.
