Oversee the department, people, and systems; actively participate and be involved in a high-performance cross‑functional team environment. Lead activities that include maintaining animal welfare, scheduling and assigning employees, establishing priorities, monitoring lairage, revising schedules, resolving problems, and ensuring manufacturing procedures are verified and implemented.
