We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑driven Superintendent to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential community. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary Range: $55,000 - $57,000 per year.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.
- Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move‑ins/outs.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
- Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly.
