In this role, you can expect to:
Offer and Event Planning:
Build and execute offers, events, and promotion plans to help achieve monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.Monitor live product health and track revenue performance, surfacing insights to senior specialists and managers.Work as a key part of the live ops/econ team to come up with pricing strategies for offers and services that optimally drive user spend.Make suggestions and plans to improve in-game content and pricing, supported by market research and quantitative/qualitative data. Data & Insights:
Analyze player behaviour and event performance using internal metrics and business intelligence tools (e.g Tableau).Develop intermediate data-driven insights to recommend optimization plans for in-game events and offer conversion. Cross-Discipline Collaboration:
