Live-in Building Superintendent (Toronto)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Live-in Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Location: Toronto, ON

Compensation: $45,000/year

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment
• Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and carry out supply inventory to the Property Manager as required
• Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents
• Perform checks of mechanical room and handle garbage
• Familiarize with every room in the building
• Paint and touch up as needed
• Follow and improve procedures, and follow up on requests
• Perform small repairs in the common areas
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
