Key Responsibilities
- Open and close legal files
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems
- Review incoming correspondence and prepare responses
- Edit and format legal documents under the direction of lawyers and paralegals
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, examinations for discovery, trials, mediations, and expert meetings
