Litigation Counsel

We are seeking a motivated and talented mid-level to senior-level insurance associate to join our Las Vegas office The ideal candidate has at least 7 years' experience doing construction defect litigation and/ or motor vehicle personal injury insurance defense and is comfortable handling cases semi-autonomously. Great opportunity for client contacts and possible trial experience. Flexibility for in-office and hybrid/remote.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel

• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently
