Reporting to the Director of Procurement, Logistics and Equipment, the Light Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring vehicles to ensure their availability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external rentals of light vehicles
• Coordinate maintenance and inspection activities
• Handle accident follow‑ups in collaboration with the Insurance department
• Manage vehicle registrations with support from the administrative team
• Monitor vehicle locations and oversee the taxable benefits process
• Manage purchase orders and invoices related to vehicles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in mechanical engineering
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in estimating, with on‑site experience preferred
