Clarington's Community Services Department is hiring Aquatic Leadership Conductors. Enhance community safety through exceptional training and lifeguard programs in a supportive environment.
Be a part of our mission to improve aquatic education by teaching First Aid, lifeguarding, and Bronze courses. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and skills of all trainees. By implementing structured courses, you’ll contribute to developing a knowledgeable community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver aquatic training courses
• Ensure safety for all course participants
• Handle necessary paperwork and follow procedures
• Provide top-notch customer service to students
• Emphasize critical thinking and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' certification
• Lifesaving Society Instructor qualification needed
• National Lifeguard Award for specified roles
