Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Licensed Practical Nurse looking to work to their full-scope of practice and whom has a passion for providing patient- and family-centered care at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, located in the community of Fort McMurray.As our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be working in a position primarily in Day Surgery, but will be trained in Pre- Admission Clinic. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing our values (AHS Cares) and Patient First Strategy in your practice to provide leading care to Albertans. Our Operating Room has the capacity for six (6) theatres, covering general surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, dental, ear, nose and throat, spines, and orthopedic trauma. Our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit has capacity for eight (8) monitoring beds. Our Day Surgery has 13 beds.
