Licensed Practical Nurse- Footcare

FTE: 1.0 FTE Temporary position (1 year).

Location: Chestermere clinic with travel to other clinic sites.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work primarily on foot care but will practice as part of a multidisciplinary health team that includes community partners to deliver holistic patient‑centered care, with consideration of all social determinants of health. The PCLPN provides comprehensive team‑based care to patients across the lifespan, in the patients’ medical home and at Calgary Rural PCN central clinic locations. The PCLPN may support a variety of programs and services, while exercising a high degree of critical thinking, in an autonomous but collaborative and supportive environment.
