Serenity Hospice is looking to add a dedicated and compassionate LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse to maintain the comfort and optimize the quality of life of terminally ill patients and their families under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. This position will oversee our Lower North territory (Essex/Hudson/Union County)
Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct care at the patient’s place of residence as indicated.
+ Work collaboratively as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team to assure that the aims of continuity and comprehensiveness of care are accomplished.
