Licensed Journeyman Plumber - 1st Shift, M-F 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with On-Call

SUMMARY

UT Southwestern is actively seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with On-Call) to join our Plumbing Shop team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a hospital and/or academic research clinical settings. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget. You must hold a valid & active journeyman plumber license by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and possess a strong understanding of tools, materials, and techniques used in the trade.

Work Location: Dallas Campus; assist other UTSW locations as needed.
