Join ComPsych as a Licensed EAP Provider dedicated to workplace wellness. Provide in-person counseling to employees and families, assisting with personal and skill challenges.
As a critical member of the Employee Assistance Program, you will deliver short-term counseling in local communities. This role requires a Master’s degree and over three years of clinical experience. You will assess clients’ needs and develop effective strategies for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer face-to-face EAP counseling services
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients
• Develop coping strategies for behavioral health issues
• Ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory standards

Requirements:
