Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the school library, including circulation, shelving, and inventory management.
Develop and maintain the library collection by selecting, acquiring, and cataloging new materials following the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
Design and implement a structured

reading program

to build reading habits.
Conduct guided reading sessions, book discussions, and reading assessments.
Maintain reading logs and track student progress.
Assist students and faculty in locating and accessing information resources, both print and digital, to support research and coursework.
