Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a thought partner for platform optimization
• Facilitate onboarding and pilot programs for clients
• Deliver impactful training and product demonstrations
• Collect and share best practices from leading firms
• Advocate for user needs in product discussions
Requirements:
• Background in law with in-house experience
• Knowledge of legal operations and tech trends
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with process improvement skills
