ResponsibilitiesLead the drafting, review, and negotiation of international commercial contracts, including term sheets, supply agreements, service agreements, procurement contracts, and other project-related documents.Provide legal support and risk assessment for international business activities and cross-border projects.Support project execution matters, including contract management, claims, disputes, and commercial issues.Advise business teams on legal and compliance matters and provide practical legal solutions.Manage external law firms and legal service providers across different jurisdictions.Develop and improve contract templates, legal processes, and risk management practices.Work closely with commercial, project, and functional teams to support international business growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Law.Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in international business, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineering industries.Strong experienc...
