Drive for Excellence at Performance Auto GroupWe’re hiring a skilled, creative and business-minded lawyer (4-7 years post-call) with strong litigation and employment law experience. The ideal candidate is a confident advocate contributing meaningfully to a supportive and collaborative in-house legal team.
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload encompassing employment litigation, product liability, personal injury, commercial disputes, debt collection and advocacy before specialized tribunals. You’ll report directly to the General Counsel and you’ll work closely with our Senior Law Clerk, Legal Operations Specialist, Paralegal and Legal Administrative Assistant. You’ll collaborate with senior management and business unit leaders across our dealerships and collision centres.
