Legal Counsel LATAM

This role leads commercial legal support across LATAM, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts, advising internal teams on day‑to‑day legal matters, and overseeing regional regulatory compliance across 12 territories. It also supports post‑acquisition integration work, manages outside counsel, and helps build the LATAM legal function through scalable processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
