We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Legal Counsel- Employee Benefits and Incentives.**
**In this role you will:**
+ Manage (as accountable lawyer) an Asia-based caseload, and support lawyers in EBI and other parts of the business within and outside Hong Kong on more complex matters or multi-jurisdictional projects, including co-ordination of advice and updates
+ Advise Management on proposed courses of action in order to manage legal, financial and reputational risks
+ Provide commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical guidance and support to relevant businesses in a cost-effective manner
