Legal Contract Manager

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a legal contract manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through execution and renewals.
• Supporting legal operations by maintaining contract documentation, templates, and governance processes.
• Partnering with cross‑functional teams including regulatory affairs, quality, commercial, finance, and business development to ensure timely legal support for business initiatives.
• Monitoring contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets.
• Coordinating with external legal counsel and supporting legal projects, reporting, and process improvements.
