A defense-oriented law firm handling insurance coverage matters is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a fully remote position supporting a busy group with increased workflow, offering a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a motion-heavy environment and can step in to provide immediate support.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare, format, and finalize motions, including Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs)
+ Handle court filings in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines
+ Maintain and manage case calendars, including tracking key litigation deadlines
+ Provide general litigation support across active matters, assisting with high-volume workflow needs
