Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant — Downtown Toronto

Our client, a mid size law firm located steps from Union Station, is looking for a commercial real estate legal assistant to join its team. This position is strongly suited for an individual who pays extreme attention to detail, has strong technical skills, excellent communication and client service skills. The successful candidate will work closely with two partners in its busy Real Estate practice group and should be able to handle the administrative side of their practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Teraview and the ability to read French would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for commercial real estate purchase, sale and mortgage transactions from beginning to end
• Prepare report books, statements of account and bank reports on title
