Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to fill up all vacant space of assigned floors/projects as per set Work/Tenant Mix Plan by Management within the targeted time frame
- Responsible to renew all expiring tenants of assigned floors/projects timely
- Responsible for operational excellence of Leasing business process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher from Business Management/Marketing
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Mall Shopping Centre with significant experience as Leasing Manager
- Able to work with sales target
- Stay updated with lifestyle trend
- Good attention to details
