Leasing Assistant

In this role, you will

• Meet with clients and accompany sales personnel to property sites. Assist in the showing of space and the negotiation process.
• Conduct cold calls for developing new clients.
• Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, leases and sales agreements.
• Draft various correspondence to existing and prospective clients and prepare and send marketing materials.
• Compile packages of property data for clients that contain material specifically tailored to each client. Prepare tenant surveys, summary reports, maps and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments. Provide client with status reports on their listings.
• Update property and client database with updated information gathered through research.
