Job Description
As a Lease Administrator , you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 5 colleagues on completing retail transactions system adjustments, system audits and reporting. You will be ensuring the accurate completion for trade‑up terminations as well as the timely completion of ongoing payment setups. Responsible for exercising adherence to credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of responsibilities while meeting customer expected turnaround‑timing commitments. This is a 6‑month contract hybrid opportunity.
Day to day
- Booking Functions – Responsible for the following for each transaction:
- Finalize the booking process within InfoLease
- Prepare all terminations associated with newly booked contracts
- Prepare Trade‑up Journal
- File preparation for Imaging
