Fix Network is looking for a Learning Support Coordinator in our Milton office who loves putting feet to the floor!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing and leading instructor‑led training sessions using virtual platforms, such as Microsoft Teams
• Design and deploy training evaluations, monitor feedback, and make recommendations for future changes to course design
• Partner with the business on key learning initiatives and instructor‑led design projects as required
• Maintain and market learning and development programs and products
• Provide input into the quality and consistency of new and existing learning and development products and materials to ensure effectiveness in achieving developmental results
• Receive and respond to learning‑related queries via email
• Generate and distribute reports as required
