Learning Solutions and Enablement Analyst

We’re looking for a 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 who’s passionate about learning, collaboration, analytics, and creating meaningful employee development experiences.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

Support the delivery of learning programs and initiatives

Develop and maintain learning materials and digital resources

Generate reports, dashboards, and engagement insights

Monitor learning effectiveness and recommend improvements

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on capability-building initiatives

Facilitate virtual or in-person learning activities when needed

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals

Background or exposure to HR, L&D, instructional design, analytics, or learning systems is an advantage

Strong communication, organization, analytical, and collaboration skills

Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and learning platforms
