Learning Experience Designer, Vendor Education

This is not your typical Learning Experience Designer (LXD) role. We are building the future of vendor education at Amazon - designing AI-native learning solutions that help thousands of vendors across Europe succeed on our platform. Our team doesn't build courses and hope vendors find them. We design intelligent, data-informed learning experiences embedded directly where vendors work - surfacing the right content, to the right vendor, at the right moment.

The LXD will work at the intersection of learning theory, instructional design, product thinking, and AI to create solutions that scale across multiple marketplaces and languages. Day to day, you will design and produce learning content (eLearning modules, videos, playlists, job aids) while increasingly shaping how that content is structured, delivered, and personalized through AI and platform integration. You will use vendor to inform what you design and measure whether it works.
