This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content and is passionate about creating scalable training solutions in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Success, Product Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts—to build learning experiences that support product adoption, user onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
Instructional Design & Content DevelopmentDesign and develop engaging eLearning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (i.e., ADDIE, SAM)
Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives aligned to business goals
Build interactive courses using course authoring tools
Design assessments, knowledge checks, ...
