Key Responsibilities:-

Learning Needs Assessment:

• Evaluate current and future capability requirements by conducting competency and skills gap assessments across GCC functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and functional heads to identify priority learning requirements and translate them into targeted development initiatives.
• Align learning strategies with organizational objectives, workforce capability needs, and business priorities.

Learning Strategy, Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions that support both organizational objectives and individual career development.
