About the Programme

Mō tēnei hōtaka – about the programme: We are undertaking a business‑critical transformation with our HRIS and payroll systems. The HRIS and Payroll Replacement programme is replacing Fire and Emergency's legacy HR and Payroll solutions with an integrated payroll platform delivered through a new managed service arrangement. This high‑impact programme will reduce risk and support accurate, compliant pay and leave outcomes for our people.
