Opportunity Description
What you'll do
- Lead and/or facilitate Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) projects, Eaton Business System (EBS) strategy deployment, Operations Assessment (OpA), and deploy ECIS through tactical activities and facilitation of kaizen events.
- Support development of site ECIS knowledge, coach & grow talent on Continuous Improvement (CI) competencies.
- Support site OpA/ECIS assessment and calibrate for Opportunities for Advancement (OFA).
- Prepare and conduct ECIS‑related training and development on‑site ELSS knowledge.
- Plan, develop and execute an annual cost savings strategy to hit the financial target defined in accordance with divisional goals.

- Promote a strong deployment of a safe work environment while maintaining high levels of 5S+ across all product lines in the plant.
