Become the Site Director for the Sudbury Family Medicine PGY3 Enhanced Skills in Emergency Medicine. Provide strategic oversight for residency training and educational initiatives.
This role involves managing all aspects of the training program, including assessments and curriculum development. You will work closely with the Program Director and local stakeholders to ensure a robust educational environment for residents and enhance their preparedness for medical practice in diverse contexts. Your contribution will also focus on ongoing evaluation and quality assurance of the program.
