GENERAL SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Security Leader is responsible for monitoring the activities of security personnel. Prepares the work roster and assigns security personnel ensuring there is adequate security coverage throughout the hospital. Arranges special coverage for events or when circumstances require. Reviews security reports, incidents and/or electronic media on a daily basis in order to inform officers of any relevant information at roll call prior to the regularly scheduled starting time. Monitors Henry Ford Health System facilities and properties in order to prevent loss of property or injury to HFHS patients, visitors, employees or others having business with HFHS.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
+ Requires the job knowledge, skills and abilities of an HFHS Security Officer/Security Police Officer or the equivalent in work experience and must have currentl...
