Opportunity Description
Ensure timely receipt of materials and components in JDE to allow information availability for other site functions, in compliance with local EH&S guidelines, Edwards procedures, and other applicable regulations, as well as fulfillment of customers requests for shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee shipping and receiving activities within warehouse. Lead the work activities of shift warehouse staff in daily order fulfillment of duties. Provide guidance and feedback to lower level staff, including overseeing training activities
- Ensure the job functions in the warehouse are in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE, or other systems
- Monitor material usage on daily basis, liaise with vendors to replenish materials to ensure production continuity. Communicate usage abnormity to planner/Supervisor
