Lead Test Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Test Engineer to build and lead Moment Energy’s testing and validation capabilities. This role is responsible for defining and executing the testing strategy that ensures the safety, reliability, and performance of our battery energy storage systems (BESS).

As a technical leader, you will guide the development of test infrastructure, test methodologies, and validation processes across R&D, product development, and certification activities. The role remains highly hands‑on; you will spend significant time in the lab designing experiments, building complex test setups, and analyzing system performance.

You will work closely with the test engineering team, electrical, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to validate new designs, investigate failures, and support certification testing.
