Elevate user experience at Kinaxis as a Lead Technical Consultant for Maestro. Drive application maintenance and deliver impactful technical support for system enhancements.
As a Senior Solution Consultant at Kinaxis, you will oversee production support and system maintenance for Maestro implementations. Your technical skills will allow rapid identification and resolution of system issues, while training users will facilitate effective application use and continuous improvement based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for technical support issues
• Perform data quality assessments on ERP systems
• Develop comprehensive user manuals and training programs
• Manage solution configurations and apply enhancements
• Lead successful User Acceptance Testing initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• 5–8 years experience with Kinaxis Maestro
• Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification
