• Refactor systems and improve architectural frameworks
• Elevate developer experiences via CI/CD and TDD

• Mentor engineers through complex technical challenges
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with distributed systems
• Strong desire to share and grow technical knowledge
• Proven software design and coding skills in various languages
